We answer most messages within 1–3 business days. During major game-release windows we may take a little longer, but every legitimate email gets a personal reply from a real person on our team. Please do not send the same message multiple times — it only slows things down.

qwer.poki.love is operated remotely by a small independent team. We do not maintain a physical office open to the public. For all correspondence — including formal legal notices, invoices, or partnership documents — please email us at support@poki.love and we will reply with a verified mailing address when one is required.

Social & Other Channels

Email is the only official channel we currently support. We are not present on social media at this time. Any accounts you may see on other platforms claiming to represent poki.love are unofficial and should be treated with caution. When we open new channels in the future, they will be announced on this page.

Before You Email

The fastest answer to common questions is usually already here.

Game not loading? Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, switching to a different browser, or disabling extensions such as ad blockers or privacy shields. Most load issues come from local browser state, not from our servers.
Forgot your progress? Games on poki.love do not save progress on our servers. Your in-game progress is stored only in your own browser (local storage) for that session. Clearing site data or switching browsers will reset progress — this is by design.
Want a game removed? If you believe a game on poki.love infringes your copyright or intellectual property, email support@poki.love with copyright in the subject line and include the game URL, your relationship to the work, and a sworn statement of good-faith belief.
Privacy request? To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we may hold, email support@poki.love with privacy request in the subject line. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

We don't run a newsletter at the moment. The fastest way to know when we add new games or features is to bookmark poki.love and check back. We're working on a lightweight notification system and will update this page the moment it goes live.
